self reflection on FAITH

保祿寫道：我們在一切磨難困苦中，因了你們的信德，由你們獲得了安慰。 (得前 3:6-13)
In the middle of our trouble and hard times here, just knowing how you're doing keeps us going. Knowing that your faith is alive keeps us alive.


我發現我經常因為其他人的信心感到憤怒而不是安慰。
像黃子華說，我不要我多一粒魚蛋，我想佢都少一粒魚蛋。
求主憐憫

Day 2

Dear Lord,
the fasting doesn't really go according to my wish.
In day 1, i changed the rule.
I have 2 meals fasting a day and dinner at night, with veggie only.
But, i think that's acceptable and workable for me.
At least I don't want to give up so far.

The thing i learn in this time is,
Don't put a too high goal at the beginning,
a progression is needed for newbie.

I will do it at least for the whole March, and may be go on.

披上基督

保祿寫道：我們該脫去黑暗的行為，穿上主耶穌基督。 (羅 13:11-14)
11-14But make sure that you don't get so absorbed and exhausted in taking care of all your day-by-day obligations that you lose track of the time and doze off, oblivious to God. The night is about over, dawn is about to break. Be up and awake to what God is doing! God is putting the finishing touches on the salvation work he began when we first believed. We can't afford to waste a minute, must not squander these precious daylight hours in frivolity and indulgence, in sleeping around and dissipation, in bickering and grabbing everything in sight. Get out of bed and get dressed! Don't loiter and linger, waiting until the very last minute. Dress yourselves in Christ, and be up and about!


我們脫下的，和穿上的，性質有根本上的不同。
脫去的是行為，穿上的是神。 why？


我們不是穿上基督的行為；
也不是基督的性情，品格；
而是基督。
就是說，
我們不只是在外表上模仿祂，或靠對祂的認識來有樣學樣。
聖經把這些go deeper
我們穿上基督
這可是一個關於聯合的課題，而多過「榜樣」。
榜樣還是一個他者（other），但聯合是另一回事了。
